D-type balanced air-cooled oil-free reciprocating piston compressor, 2-3 stage double-acting compression. Skid-mounted design for quick installation and steady compression.
Explosion-proof cabinet with soft start, Siemens S7-200 PLC and 10-inch touch screen. RS485 interface supports remote monitoring and unmanned running. Full protection against overload, short circuit and abnormal pressure & temperature.
Few wearing parts, low vibration and noise to cut maintenance costs. Integrated skid layout and patented key parts deliver long service life.
Suitable for long-distance pipeline pressure compensation, oilfield gas injection for EOR and gas storage peak shaving.

Whole Machine Description
This D-type balanced air-cooled oil-free reciprocating piston compressor features 2-row 3-stage compression with modular integrated assembly.
Gray cast iron crankcase holds lubricating oil, reserved with ports for oil filling, draining, level observation and temperature detection, fitted with external drain ball valve.
Double middle body isolates crankcase oil from cylinder to avoid medium pollution. Cylinder and cylinder head use gray cast iron or forged steel with oil-free design, axial air valves mounted on cylinder heads.
