Whole Machine Description
This unit is a V-type open water-cooled oil-free reciprocating piston compressor with single-stage two-cylinder layout, delivered as an integrated skid-mounted package.
The HT250 grey cast iron crankcase uses a split design, with its bottom serving as an oil storage chamber equipped with a coarse oil filter. It reserves dipstick, oil filler, drain valve, oil temperature detection and bearing lubrication ports for routine lubrication maintenance.
Equipped with dual mid-body structure, it stops crankcase lubricant from entering cylinders to keep natural gas clean. Its HT250 cast iron cylinders and heads run oil-free; axially arranged air valves lower gas resistance and lift compression efficiency.
