Overview

W-10/60 is a diesel-driven W-type high pressure water-cooled air compressor with a three-stage single-acting piston structure.

It delivers 10 m³/min capacity and 6 MPa(G) discharge pressure, powered by a 155 kW diesel engine (YC6A210L-D20).

Designed for oilfield operations, it is widely used for pipeline pressure testing, line sweeping, and gas lift applications.

Whole Machine Description

The compressor adopts a W-type (symmetrical balance) water-cooled, oil-free reciprocating piston design with a 2-row, 3-stage compression structure, supplied as a modular unit.

The crankcase is made of gray cast iron and integrates multiple maintenance interfaces for lubrication, oil drainage, and condition monitoring, ensuring stable and convenient operation.

A double middle-body structure prevents oil migration into the cylinder, ensuring clean, contamination-free compression. Cylinders and cylinder heads are made of gray cast iron or forged steel with an oil-free lubrication design for reliable performance.
