Whole Machine Description
The SF-10/250 motor-driven high-pressure air compressor features a balanced fan-shaped reciprocating piston structure, matched with efficient air cooling and four-stage step-by-step compression technology. It supports stable and continuous operation under ultra-high pressure up to 25 MPa(G).
Each compression stage is equipped with cylinders made of customized materials corresponding to different pressure grades. This graded matching design effectively reduces wear, improves overall compression efficiency and guarantees long-term stable operation.
The whole machine adopts a fully integrated skid-mounted layout, which centrally combines the compressor host, driving motor and all necessary auxiliary components. The compact overall structure greatly facilitates container transportation and rapid on-site installation.
