Compression Principle


The DFW-6.57 operates based on a reciprocating piston compression cycle:


Suction Process

During the suction stroke, the piston moves backward and the cylinder pressure decreases, allowing associated gas to enter the compression chamber.


Compression Process

During the compression stroke, the piston moves forward and reduces the gas volume, increasing the gas pressure.


Discharge Process

When the pressure inside the cylinder reaches the required level, the discharge valve opens and compressed gas is delivered to the downstream system.


Continuous Compression

The repeated reciprocating movement enables continuous gas boosting for associated gas recovery and transportation applications.
