To guarantee safety, durability, and performance, each DW-6.3/(0.2~0.5)-16 Reciprocating Piston Gas Compressor undergoes strict testing and trial operation before delivery and commissioning.
Cylinder blocks, pistons, and pressure-bearing chambers are tested at 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure for at least 30 minutes, ensuring strength and reliability.
Water chambers are tested under the same conditions, with a minimum test pressure of 0.8 MPa, preventing leakage and ensuring long-term durability.
All pressure vessels are tested according to international standards, with complete inspection and test reports provided to customers.
The compressor frame also undergoes a kerosene leakage test to confirm tightness and sealing integrity.
After installation at the customer’s site, the compressor is tested under real operating conditions.
Using ammonia gas as the medium, the unit runs continuously for at least 4 hours at its rated speed, verifying stability and efficiency.
Before trial operation, installation records are reviewed to ensure compliance with design requirements.
The trial run is supervised by professional engineers, with participation from both the supplier and the buyer.
Upon completion, a Load Trial Report is jointly signed, serving as the basis for preliminary acceptance of the equipment.
