Advanced Structural Design

· A gray cast iron crankcase with integrated lubrication storage and multiple interfaces (oil drain, temperature measurement, etc.) for easy upkeep.

· A double middle body structure that prevents oil from entering the cylinder, safeguarding medium purity.

· Gray cast iron/forged steel cylinders and cylinder heads with axially arranged air valves, optimized for oil-free operation.

Whole Machine Description


The compressor adopts D-type (symmetrical balance type), water-cooled, oil-free lubrication, reciprocating piston type, 2-row 3-stage compression, and the entire unit is supplied in a modular manner.

The compressor crankcase is made of gray cast iron and has four holes of different diameters for installing crosshead slides, bearings, and bearing seats. The lower part of the crankcase can store lubricating oil for the compressor to lubricate; The upper surface of the crankcase has an interface for installing a fuel inlet (breathing port) cover plate; In addition, the crankcase also has spare interfaces such as oil drain port, oil gauge observation port, bearing seat oil injection port, and installation oil temperature measurement port. The oil drain port of the crankcase has been connected to the outside of the compartment and is equipped with a manual ball valve for oil discharge from the crankcase.

The middle body of the compressor is a double middle body structure, ensuring that the middle body space is greater than one stroke, preventing compressor oil from entering the cylinder from the crankcase, thus ensuring that compressor oil does not contaminate the medium. The material of the compressor cylinder is gray cast iron/forged steel, and it adopts an oil-free lubrication design, which does not require oil lubrication. The cylinder head material is gray cast iron/forged steel, and the air valves are arranged axially on the cylinder head.
