Whole Machine Description
This ZF-0.12/(30-200)-250 is Z-type vertical air-cooled oil-free two-stage reciprocating piston compressor, delivered as an integrated unit with shared base frame.
Sturdy crankcase holds crankshaft, connecting rod and crosshead, with built-in oil storage cavity for pressure lubrication. Multiple reserved ports for oil draining, liquid level observation and temperature detection facilitate routine inspection.40Cr nitrided cylinders adopt oil-free design to avoid gas pollution. Matched cylinder heads are fitted with easily removable first-stage mesh valves and second-stage combined valves for smooth gas circulation.
