Engineered to handle natural gas meeting the Class II requirements of GB/T17820-1990 《Natural Gas》, it delivers a rated volume flow of 0.1 m³/min and an air delivery volume of 400 Nm³/h (converted to the state of 0 MPa and 20℃ when the inlet pressure is 3.0~20.0 MPa at 20℃), making it well-suited for CNG filling station scenarios. With an inlet pressure range of 3.0~20.0 MPa.G (featuring adaptive variable working condition design, no need for throttling pressure reduction or single/double-stage switching) and an exhaust pressure of 25.0 MPa.G, it guarantees steady gas supply to meet vehicle refueling demands. Driven by a 30 kW YB-250M-8 explosion-proof motor, the unit achieves a balance between operational power and energy efficiency. Its compact overall dimensions (approximately 5500×3200×2700 mm) and weight (around 6T) enable convenient fixed installation in CNG filling station premises.


Beyond CNG filling station applications, this compressor can also be adapted to natural gas compression scenarios with similar medium requirements and pressure ranges, such as small-scale natural gas storage and transportation systems. Advanced Structural Design

The ZF-0.12/(30-200)-250 adopts a vertical, single-row, sequential step-difference two-stage compression, reciprocating piston structure, combined with air cooling and oil-free lubrication for cylinders and piston components. This design prevents lubricating oil from entering the working medium, effectively ensuring the purity of natural gas. The two-stage compression mechanism enhances compression efficiency while maintaining stable pressure output throughout the process. The integrated unit design with shared base frames simplifies on-site installation and system integration.


The cylinder, forged from 40Cr, undergoes nitriding treatment on its mirror surface, significantly improving the wear resistance of the working surface and extending the service life of piston rings. The double-body structure of key transmission parts (such as crankshaft and connecting rod) and the pressure lubrication system for moving components further reinforce the reliability of oil-free operation, making it applicable to natural gas compression scenarios with strict purity requirements.

High Efficiency and Reliability

Equipped with high-quality components—including domestic well-known brand air valves, piston rings, and 填料 (with a service life of no less than 8000 hours)—and a YB-250M-8 explosion-proof motor, the compressor delivers high operational efficiency and strong stability. Its automated control system (integrated with on-site switch cabinets and control room control cabinets) enables automatic monitoring and protection of key parameters (inlet pressure, exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature, lubricating oil pressure), reducing manual intervention and minimizing human error to ensure consistent workflow.


The optimized structural balancing design reduces vibration intensity to 28 mm/s and controls noise to ≤85 dB(A)/1m, making it suitable for installation in both industrial areas and locations near residential zones with strict noise restrictions. Whether operating under full-load, partial-load, or variable inlet pressure conditions (3.0~20.0 MPa), the compressor maintains stable exhaust pressure and air delivery volume, ensuring uninterrupted natural gas supply for CNG filling stations.

All main equipment (compressor host, air coolers, oil-water separators) and auxiliary equipment (electrical control cabinets, oil injection pumps) are integrated into a fixed installation structure, simplifying transportation and on-site setup. Daily maintenance is streamlined by accessible key components and clear inspection interfaces. The crankcase is equipped with external oil drainage valves and temperature measurement ports for quick oil level checks and oil changes; the oil-water separators and high-efficiency oil removers have easy-to-disassemble filter elements for convenient replacement. Additionally, the provision of dedicated maintenance tools (valve disassembly tools, piston rod thread protection sleeves) and a detailed random spare parts list further minimizes downtime during routine maintenance.

Whole Machine Description


The ZF-0.12/(30-200)-250 Natural Gas Compressor adopts Z-type vertical, air-cooled, oil-free lubricated, reciprocating piston type, single-row sequential step-difference two-stage compression, and the entire unit is supplied in an integrated manner with a shared base frame.


The compressor's core transmission components (including crankshaft, connecting rod, and crosshead) are supported by a robust housing structure. The crankcase, designed for stable power transmission, is equipped with dedicated interfaces for installing crosshead guides, bearings, and bearing seats to ensure precise alignment of moving parts. The lower part of the crankcase integrates a lubricating oil storage chamber, which provides a stable oil source for the pressure lubrication system of the crankshaft, connecting rod, and crosshead; the upper part is equipped with an oil inlet (breathing port) cover interface to maintain internal pressure balance and prevent oil leakage. In addition, the crankcase is also configured with practical spare interfaces such as an oil drain port, an oil level gauge observation port, a bearing seat oil injection port, and an oil temperature measurement port installation interface. The oil drain port is connected to the external of the unit and equipped with a manual control valve for convenient lubricating oil replacement and discharge.


The compressor adopts a reasonable structural design for key gas compression components. The cylinder, forged from 40Cr material, undergoes nitriding treatment on its mirror surface to enhance wear resistance, and adopts an oil-free lubrication design for the cylinder and piston components—eliminating the need for oil lubrication in the gas compression chamber to avoid medium contamination. The cylinder head, matched with the cylinder, is designed to accommodate air valves: the first-stage intake and exhaust valves use mesh valves (one intake and one exhaust for the first stage), and the second-stage intake and exhaust valves use combined valves. All air valves are arranged in a structure that is easy to disassemble and maintain, ensuring smooth gas intake and exhaust and extending the service life of the air valves.
