The VF-0.32/(30-200)-250 V-type high-pressure CNG reciprocating compressor from Bengbu United Compressor offers steady natural gas pressurization.
It runs 600–1800 Nm³/h flow, 3–20 MPa.G inlet and 25 MPa.G discharge pressure with a 90kW energy-saving motor to cut operating costs.
Suitable for CNG pipeline boosting, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and machinery processing, its modular build fits standard and customized working conditions.
This V-type CNG compressor adopts an oil-free structure to keep gas clean for food and pharmaceutical use. Balanced layout cuts vibration and noise, lessens wearing parts and maintenance costs.
Full automatic control supports real-time monitoring of pressure, temperature and flow. All core parts are easy to reach for quick inspection and repair.
Complete pre-assembled skid unit simplifies transport and on-site installation. Size ~6500×2200×2200 mm, weight ~6.5 tons, ideal for limited-space and remote working sites.
Equipped with three exclusive patented parts for longer service life. High-strength cast iron crankcase and double middle body effectively isolate lubricant to avoid gas contamination.

Whole Machine Description
This is a V-type water-cooled oil-free reciprocating piston compressor with 2-row 3-stage compression and modular integrated structure.
The gray cast iron crankcase comes with complete reserved ports for oil filling, draining, observation and temperature detection, with an external manual ball valve for easy oil replacement.
Built with a double middle body structure, it thoroughly isolates lubricating oil to guarantee pollution-free gas delivery. The gray cast iron/forged steel cylinder and cylinder head adopt oil-free design, with axial air valves for stable and efficient compression performance.
