The VF-1.4 (5–7)–250 CNG Compressor, manufactured by Bengbu United Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., is a high-performance reciprocating piston compressor designed for natural gas compression and pipeline transmission. It is widely used for gas boosting, pipeline transportation, and industrial gas handling applications.
With a capacity of 500 Nm³/h, the compressor operates at an inlet pressure of 0.5–0.7 MPa(G) and delivers a discharge pressure of 25 MPa(G), driven by a 110 kW motor. Its compact skid-mounted structure (approx. 5500 × 2200 × 2000 mm, 7T) allows flexible installation in different industrial environments.
This piston compressor adopts a D-type balanced structure, water-cooling system, oil-free lubrication, and a 2-row, 3-stage reciprocating compression design, ensuring stable and efficient operation under continuous working conditions. Key components such as the crankcase (gray cast iron) and cylinder (gray cast iron/forged steel) ensure high strength and long service life.
