DW6.74 (3.3)/0.7 (5-12)-12 hydrogen compressor is a D-type balanced two-row three-stage reciprocating unit from Bengbu United Compressor, adopting water-cooled oil-free structure for high-purity hydrogen compression.
Two working conditions:
1.600 Nm³/h, intake 0.07 MPa.G, discharge 1.2 MPa.G, inlet temperature ≤40℃
2.1000–2500 Nm³/h, intake 0.5–1.2 MPa.G, discharge 1.2 MPa.G, inlet temperature ≤40℃
Oil-free D-type balanced construction prevents hydrogen contamination, lowers vibration and noise to sustain stable operation for semiconductor processes.
Reduced consumable parts, multi-functional cast iron crankcase ports simplify routine inspection work.
Complete unit pre-mounted on skid to cut transport and installation time costs.

Whole Machine Description
This D-type symmetrical balance reciprocating piston compressor adopts water-cooled oil-free design with two-row three-stage compression and modular delivery.Gray cast iron crankcase comes with multiple reserved ports and an external manual drain ball valve for convenient oil change.Dual mid-body structure isolates lubricant from cylinders to avoid medium contamination. Cast iron or forged steel cylinders and cylinder heads are fitted with axially arranged air valves for oil-free compression.
