The ZW-1.5 / 16-24 oil-free ammonia gas compressor is designed for efficient and reliable ammonia gas compression in industrial applications. It handles ammonia gas (mol%) with a processing capacity of 1.5 m³/min, an inlet pressure of 1.6 MPa(G), an inlet temperature of ≤40°C, and a discharge pressure of 2.4 MPa(G). Powered by a 30 kW motor, it adopts a Z-type reciprocating piston design with 2-row, 3-stage compression, water cooling, and oil-free lubrication. The modular unit measures approximately 1800 × 850 × 1200 mm and weighs approximately 800 kg.
