ZW-3.0/16-24 LPG Compressor for Truck Unloading and Gas Transfer Applications
The ZW-3.0/16-24 Liquefied Gas Compressor is designed for LPG unloading, transfer, and residual gas recovery operations in storage terminals, filling stations, and industrial gas facilities.
Unlike standard gas compressors used only for pressure boosting, this model is mainly applied in LPG handling systems where efficient movement of liquefied petroleum gas between transport vehicles, storage tanks, and processing equipment is required.
The compressor uses liquefied gas as the working medium and provides a flow capacity of 3.0 m³/min. It operates with an inlet pressure of 1.6 MPa.G, inlet temperature of ≤40℃, and discharge pressure of 2.4 MPa.G. Equipped with a 55 kW motor, the unit adopts a reciprocating piston compression structure for stable LPG transfer operation.
The ZW-3.0/16-24 is suitable for LPG truck unloading stations, LPG storage and distribution facilities, gas filling plants, and industrial liquefied gas handling systems.
During LPG transportation and storage processes, compressors are commonly used to create pressure differences between tanks, allowing faster unloading and safer gas transfer.
The ZW-3.0/16-24 provides pressure-assisted transfer for:
• LPG tanker truck unloading
• LPG storage tank filling and emptying
• Residual gas recovery after unloading
• LPG cylinder filling systems
• Gas distribution station operations
The compressor is developed for low-boiling and volatile gases such as LPG, propane, butane, and similar media requiring reliable sealing and controlled compression.
The piston compression mechanism provides stable gas displacement and continuous operation during transfer processes.
The oil-free lubrication design helps prevent lubricating oil from entering the compression chamber and reduces the risk of medium contamination.
The compressor configuration supports convenient installation in LPG stations where space utilization and operational efficiency are important.
The ZW-3.0/16-24 LPG Compressor is mainly used in:
LPG truck unloading stations
LPG storage and distribution terminals
LPG filling plants
Gasification stations
Industrial liquefied gas transfer systems
Propane and butane recovery applications
Bengbu United Compressor provides customized LPG compressor solutions for gas storage, transportation, recovery, and filling applications worldwide.
